On Saturday the 21st of May we went to a pool. It was called “Wet N’ Wild. At the pool there were lots of slides. One of my (Tyler’s) favourites was called the black hole. It wasn’t quite pitch black but at some points it was quite black and then some water would squirt up at you. It was scary and fun at the same time. My favourite ride was like a death drop. It was called Kamokazi. On this slide you drop straight down for about six metres. I hurt my back on it because in the middle of the drop, I got out of my position. When I got back into the position I hit the bottom of the slide back first. It hurt. Dad did the same and Tahli did the same but she banged the back of her head on the slide first. I still had fun on it though.
There was another ride called the Abyss that I really liked. It was a slide where you had to go in a double tube with someone else. I went with Tahli. I sat in the front and Tahli sat in the back because there was a sign saying “heaviest at the back.” The slide was lots of fun because it was dark, fast and had lots of hills in it. I also went on lots of other slides and a cruise around in a tube on a little river thing.
I thought everything there was really good.
